SI L'ÉTUDIANT SAIT QUE LE PROFESSEUR DOIT CONCLURE AVANT LA FIN DU COURS, ALORS L'ÉTUDIANT NA PAS BESOIN D'ÊETRE CRÉATIF ET DE CHERCHER LA SOLUTION PAR LUI-MEME.
If you follow the hyperlink, "a description and illustration of how we focus on discovering principles from experiments," you will appreciate that a conventional lab schedule will not suffice for most students much of the time. If a student has to complete the lab analysis by the end of the period, then the student must get the right answer, and the teacher will have to, eventually, supply it. Our experience suggests that if the students know that the teacher will come through by the end of the period, most creative work will come to a halt.
